01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Motus Ltd website or the Sentinel Dashboard, you agree to be bound by these terms.

02. Intellectual Property

All content, including the "Motus Architect" framework, codebases, and design tokens, remains the exclusive property of Motus Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use our funnels only as specified in your Service Agreement.

03. User Conduct & Sentinel Access

Restricted Environment

The Sentinel Dashboard is a restricted environment. Unauthorized attempts to bypass MFA or access our root directory are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Crimes Act 1961.

04. Limitation of Liability

Motus Ltd provides AI automation tools. While we strive for "Top Quality," we are not liable for any business interruptions, loss of revenue, or data errors resulting from the use of autonomous AI agents.
